Visa Information/Letter of Invitation

Please note most international guests will require a visa to enter Australia. You are advised to apply for your visa as early as possible as they can take at least 4-6 weeks to process. Please visit here to ascertain the relevant visa for your visit. 

Should you require a letter of invitation to support your visa application or participation, please email  icg2023@wsm.com.au and a letter will be emailed to you. Please note that only registered delegates who have paid their Congress registration fees can be issued a letter of invitation. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds, appropriate visas, approvals, sponsorship or official leave. It does not imply a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any support, financial or otherwise.
